How to find us
Morayvia's Science and Technology Experience Project (STEP) is a project to bring together a number of disciplines from aerospace and astronomy to technology and arts-related activities into a single centre of excellence in Moray, but serving the northeast of Scotland, the Highlands and beyond.
Morayvia (Registered Charity SC042895)
Morayvia wouldn’t be possible without our volunteers, and we have volunteers of all ages. One of our youngest is Enja Duthie, 7, from Buckie.
It is fantastic to see that Enja really puts her heart and soul into Morayvia. Assisting wherever needed from helping design print mugs slates for our gift shop, to cleaning and polishing the exhibits.
Enja recently played a major part in organising her class visit to Morayvia, having visited many times, she knew that her classmates would love to come and see what has become a school groups favourite.
Of all the exhibits like lots of our visitors, her favourite is the iconic Sea King Search and Rescue helicopter. She also tells us that she loves the planetarium. Morayvia CEO Stan Barber said her knowledge of the night sky was vast which was largely due to a recent class project.
Thank you Enja, and keep up the good work from all of us at Morayvia!
